1 Definitions and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the entity operating the l444 casino platform ("l444", "we", "us") and each registered member who uses the site ("user", "member", "you"). By using l444's website (https://l444-casino.cam), mobile application or any other digital platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on l444 and take part in any game or betting activity, a member must be 21 years of age or older. Registration by minors (under 21) is strictly prohibited. l444 reserves the right to verify age at any time.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses held in them will be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same household, address or IP address may also be treated as holding multiple accounts.

2.3 Registration Information

At the time of registration, members must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Registration with incorrect or false information may result in account verification being cancelled. If any information changes, the member must notify l444's support team in a timely manner.

3 Account Management and Security

3.1 Password and Login Security

Keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing your login details with any third party or allowing others to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify l444's support team immediately. l444 will not be held responsible if your account details reach others due to your own carelessness or negligence.

3.2 Account Transfer

No account may be sold, transferred or lent to another person. Any such transaction is a direct breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

If an account has had no login or activity for 12 consecutive months, l444 may mark that account as inactive. For any questions regarding the balance or status of such an account, please contact the support team directly.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Rules

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

The payment methods currently supported on l444 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Members must use a payment account registered in their own name — deposits from another person's account are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay may be used for withdrawals. Account verification must be complete and the wagering requirements of any related bonus must be met before a withdrawal request is submitted.

4.3 Source of Funds

Members must deposit funds only from lawful sources that belong to them. l444 reserves the right to block suspicious transactions and notify the relevant authorities if detected.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

l444 offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it becomes withdrawable. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200; a wagering of ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be completed before withdrawal.

5.2 Weekly and Special Promotions

l444 offers various ongoing promotions, including weekly reload bonuses and a special Friday offer. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements and validity period. It is the member's responsibility to read the specific terms of a promotion before claiming a bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is detected — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, claiming promotions using false information, or attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets — l444 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account. 6 Gaming Activity and Terms of Use

6.1 Finality of Game Results

All game and betting results on l444 are determined server-side based on a random number generator (RNG) or the outcome of live events. The result of any completed round or bet cannot be changed. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, l444 will resolve it in accordance with the applicable policy.

6.2 Service Interruptions and Technical Issues

If a session is left incomplete due to network problems, device errors or loss of internet connection, l444 will review the server logs from that time. In such situations, l444's decision is final.

6.3 Mobile App Use

l444's Android and iOS apps are available through official channels. l444 is not responsible for any damage resulting from the use of apps downloaded from unknown third-party sources.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and subject to penalty:

• Creating an account using another person's identity or false information
• Playing games or placing bets using bots, automation software or artificial intelligence
• Using the platform for money laundering
• A single person claiming bonuses through multiple accounts
• Knowingly exploiting system errors or bugs and informing others of them
• Threatening, harassing or behaving inappropriately towards l444 staff
• Attempting to undermine the platform's security systems

If any of the above violations are detected, l444 reserves the right to close the account without notice, forfeit the balance and take legal action where applicable.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by l444

l444 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Registration with false information or attempts to avoid verification
• Suspicious or unusual transaction activity
• Order from a court or regulatory authority

9.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may close their account at their own request. A written request must be submitted to l444's support team. Any eligible balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

10 Limitation of Liability

l444 will not under any circumstances be liable for indirect, incidental or special damages. In particular:

• Issues caused by third-party network or service disruptions
• Errors with the member's own device or internet connection
• Changes to the service resulting from changes in applicable laws or regulations

However, l444 is committed to providing honest and fair service at all times. If a member suffers a loss due to a technical issue, l444 will make every reasonable effort to resolve it.

11 Changes and Updates to the Terms

l444 reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email or via a notice on the site. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
